Blitz Research is pleased and honored to invite you to participate in the Blitz Research Golf Tournament at Cape Fear National on Friday, August 8, 2014.  Proceeds raised will go directly to benefit the Cape Fear Council, Boy Scouts of America.

This event has produced over $275,000 for the local Scouting program over the history of the tournament.  Participation and support from you and your company will help us continue to meet our goals to grow and strengthen Scouting in our community.

Tournament Information

Tournament Chairman: Randy Reeves

Entry Fee Includes:

18 holes of golf, greens fees, cart, breakfast, beverages, lunch, awards & 19th Hole Celebration. Tournament will be filled on a first-registered, first-reserved basis.

Format of play:

Four-man Captain’s Choice event. Shotgun start at 9:00 am.

Awards and Prizes:

Cash prizes will be given to the first place team in each flight. Other prizes will be given to the 2nd and 3rd place teams in each flight and to the winners of the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.

Registration:

VIP Sponsorship:

For $1,500 VIP Sponsors receive a foursome, a hole sponsor and a 4 tickets for50/50 Drawing. You will also receive special recognition on the brochure and the day of the golf tournament.

Team or Individual:

Players can register as an individual, $150 or as a team, $600. Individuals will be assigned to a team.

Hole Sponsorship:

Sponsor sign with company name on one hole during the tournament is available for $300. Company name will also be placed on a tournament banner that will list all hole sponsors.

“Be Prepared” Mulligans:

Purchase a “Be Prepared Mulligan” in advance and pick it up at Registration. Cost per Mulligan is $5—Maximum of 2 mulligans/player. “Be Prepared Mulligans” will also be  available for purchase at the registration table.

“50/50” Drawing:

Purchase a ticket at registration for a 50/50 split drawing. Tickets are 1 for $5 or 3 for $10.
