Scouts & Scouters Honored at Annual Recognition Banquet

On March 17th over 200 of our closest friends came together at the Riverside Hilton in downtown Wilmington to recognize the 2015 Eagle Scout Class and Silver Beaver recipients.  This historic event was emceed by our own Judge J. Stanley Carmical and featured Eagle Scout Jackson Burney, of Troop 600 in Elizabethtown, as the Eagle Scout Class Spokesman.

We would also like to say Thank You and congratulations to the Cape Fear Council’s newest Silver Beaver Award Honorees.  These distinguished individuals have gone above and beyond in service to the Cape Fear Council and the Scouts we serve.

Gerald Eldridge accepted the award on behalf of his mother Janet Eldridge, who passed away February 2, 2016, after a battle with cancer.
