B.A.L.O.O. is a good combination of indoor classroom work and hands-on outdoor classes. All are designed to ensure our leaders are trained in influencing growth in positive ways to achieve the aims and purposes of the Boy Scouts of America.
Note: All packs are required to have an Outdoor Experience Trained Leader to take their pack camping. Council facilities or tour permits for camping cannot be utilized or approved for any Cub Pack without a volunteer in that unit having outdoor camping training. For more information, call the Cape Fear Council at (910) 395-1100.
