Woodbadge: The Premier Adult Leader Training

Woodbadge is the premier adult leadership training course Scouting has to offer, will be taught over two weekends in November and December. Woodbadge teaches high-level leadership skills by having adult participants function as a Boy Scout Troop.  Ask any Woodbadge graduate and you’ll know how meaningful the experience truly is!

Those that wish to participate in this year’s course should sign up immediately.  Space is limited and filling quickly.  Registration can be completed at the Council Office or Register Here

This year, we can look forward to a great course under Wood Badge Scoutmaster Bill Purcell of Laurinburg.  Bill is an Assistant Scoutmaster at Troop 420, and a proud member of the Beaver Patrol.

Helping the Scoutmaster will be Assistant Scoutmaster of Program, Bob Weagraff.  Bob wears many hats in Scouting, he currently serves as District Chair of the Lumber River District.  He is also active in Troop 447 and, like Scoutmaster Bill, is a Beaver.
